First of all let me thank you for your work over the past three days, your expertise and professionalism were very much in evidence and certainly appreciated. Pauline and myself were amazed at the amount of precise planning and careful checking employed during every stage of the tree removal project. It was also reassuring for us to be constantly informed of your work plan and kept up to date about the progress of the project. Your extensive knowledge of the work involved and the obvious teamwork displayed throughout instilled confidence into us both. 

Thanks again for a great job well done, you are more than welcome to drop back any time, just let us know when and Pauline will put some muffins into the oven and I'll put the kettle on.
